We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for the best availability,
especially for airport transfers and medical appointments. However, we
understand that emergencies happen and we'll always do our best to
accommodate last-minute requests. Our 24/7 dispatch line is always available
for immediate needs.
We accept multiple payment options for your convenience including cash,
credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Venmo,
and Cash App. Payment is collected at the end of your ride. For corporate
accounts, we offer invoicing with net-30 terms.
Yes, we have wheelchair accessible vehicles available. Please let us know
your specific needs when booking so we can ensure the appropriate vehicle
and trained driver is assigned. We can accommodate both manual and motorized
wheelchairs, and our drivers are trained in safe transfer techniques.
We understand plans change. You can cancel without charge up to 2 hours
before your scheduled pickup time. For cancellations within 2 hours of
pickup, a $15 fee may apply. No-shows will be charged the full estimated
fare. For airport transfers, we monitor flight status and adjust pickup
times accordingly at no extra charge.
